Klipboard takes 19,425 sq ft at White Rose Office Park in Leeds

Munroe K Luxembourg has let circa 19,425 sq ft at White Rose Office Park in Leeds to UK software and AI company Klipboard on a 10-year lease.

The transaction follows the acquisition by Klipboard of Leeds-based fleet and workforce management software provider RAM, with the combined business co-locating its Leeds city region operations into Suites Q and R in the ABC Building at the park.

Toby Nield, director in the Leeds office agency team at Savills, which advised Klipboard on the letting, said: “This is one of the most significant office transactions in the Leeds out of town market this year and we’re pleased to have supported Klipboard in securing a workspace solution, at an exciting time for the business, that meets its future growth ambitions. The letting reflects continued confidence in the Leeds market and demonstrates that well-located, high quality office accommodation with amenity and strong connections remains a priority for occupiers looking to future-proof their businesses.”

Mark Attenborough, head of European facilities at Klipboard, added: “Bringing Klipboard and RAM together at White Rose Business Park consolidates our presence as a leading tech company in Leeds and underlines our commitment to the region. From the initial viewing to the opening day the extended team has been really professional making this happen on time and on budget. We’re growing so fast we have to work with people who can deliver.”

Jonathan Shires, asset manager at White Rose Park, said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Klipboard to the ever-growing White Rose Park Community. The transaction was a seamless partnership with everyone fully collaborating to deliver an amazing turnkey office for Klipboard in a short contract period.”
