Maun to Host Fourth Botswana Sustainability Week in October 2026. Maun is set to host the fourth edition of Botswana Sustainability Week (BSW26) from 21 to 23 October 2026, with Sedia Hotel serving as the venue for the three-day event. The gathering will bring together industry leaders, investors, policymakers and sustainability practitioners to discuss the role of sustainability in shaping Botswana’s future economic growth.

Held under the theme, “The Business of Sustainability: Activating Private Sector Leadership to Drive Botswana’s Next Growth Economy,” BSW26 will focus on how sustainability can support investment, strengthen industries, create opportunities for communities and protect the country’s natural heritage.

The event’s programme will centre on private sector and government leadership, sustainable investment and impactful legacy projects. These focus areas are intended to encourage discussions on how sustainability can contribute to economic development while safeguarding environmental resources.
