Nighttime lane and ramp closures planned on I-64 East

Nighttime lane and ramp closures on Interstate 64 East are planned to begin Monday in Franklin County.

The ramp to exit 53A (U.S. 127 – Lawrenceburg Road) will be closed from 6 p.m. to midnight on Monday. Additionally, the right lane of I-64 East at milepost 55.8 (near KY 1659) will be closed from 6 p.m. to midnight on Tuesday.

The lane and ramp closures are necessary for Kentucky Transportation Cabinet crews to perform routine roadside maintenance of the interstate. Motorists should heed signage and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
