Frankfort’s newest restaurant, Jaggers, is opening on Monday.

Located at 1299 U.S. 127 South, the fast-casual concept, created by Texas Roadhouse founder Kent Taylor, features better burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders and sandwiches, served with signature scratch-made sauces. Jaggers also offers crisp, fresh salads chopped and tossed when ordered and served with signature scratch-made dressings.

Louisville’s Community Choice awards voted Jaggers Best Burger and Best Lunch the past two years.

“We’re very excited to introduce Jaggers to Frankfort. There’s nothing better than fresh, made-to-order items prepared with craveable, high-quality ingredients. We can’t wait to show all that Jaggers has to offer to this community,” said Managing Partner Justin Williams.

Frankfort’s Jaggers hired 101 team members and continues to accept applications. Once open, Jaggers’ hours will be Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
