After 12 years together, comedian Andy Lee and model and businesswoman Rebecca Harding have gotten married in New York.

Guests at the event include longtime friend and collaborator, Hamish Blake, who was also a groomsman, and his wife, Zoë Foster Blake.

Harding wore a strapless gown that appeared to be made from duchess satin with a sweeping train and was spotted leaving a hotel in Manhattan ahead of the ceremony.

Andy Lee, one half of Australia’s most beloved comedy duo, and longtime partner Rebecca Harding have officially tied the knot! After 12 years together — they met the old-fashioned way at a Melbourne cafe in 2014 after Lee slipped Harding his email on a napkin — comedian Lee and Harding, model and founder of Lui Body, wed in an intimate ceremony in Manhattan, New York, reportedly surrounded by 80 guests.

The couple became engaged two years ago, with Lee proposing in a similarly charming fashion to their meet-cute. Speaking on The Hamish and Andy Podcast , Lee recalled pretending to see something in the fireplace of their home before bending down, staying “on one knee and [giving] her another napkin.” Who says romance is dead?

Though the couple live in Melbourne, Lee owns one of New York’s buzziest Australian pubs, Old Mates, in the FiDi district, making the city a natural choice for their long-awaited nuptials. Speaking to Nine.com.au , Harding admitted earlier this year she was “just really excited to walk down the aisle and see him standing there at the end.” She went on to say that she envisioned the wedding to be “fairly traditional” but also a “big, fun party.” Here’s what we know about their big day so far.

Who Attended Andy Lee And Rebecca Harding’s Wedding?

Among the guests who made the journey from Australia were Hamish Blake, Lee’s longtime friend and collaborator, who was also a groomsman, and his wife, writer and businesswoman Zoë Foster Blake . Cam Lee, Andy Lee’s brother, and close friend Michael Horgan were also members of the wedding party, with the latter of the two MC’ing the reception alongside Blake. How’s that for a crew to keep the crowd entertained? Australia’s sweetheart, Hugh Jackman, was also reportedly present — he’s an investor in Lee’s Old Mates pub.

Rebecca Harding’s Wedding Dress: Designer And Details

The couple are yet to release photos from the wedding itself, but a photo captured by the Daily Mail depicted Harding leaving a Manhattan hotel alongside celebrity stylist Elliott Garnaut. She looked stunning in a strapless white gown that appeared to be made from weighty duchess satin. The dress is rumoured to have been one of Sydney designer Steven Khalil’s creations, and features a straight-across, strapless neckline, fitted bodice and sweeping skirt and train, resembling the ‘ Chloe ‘ dress from the brand’s Maison Collection II.

Harding wore her hair in a sleek half-up, half-down style with a middle part, and accessorised with simple diamond drop earrings and her striking emerald-cut engagement ring . Speaking on The Hamish and Andy Podcast immediately after the wedding, when Lee asked her if she had “Any gripes with [him] as a husband?” she told him he was “Terrible at picking up the dress.” For the record, we wouldn’t want to traipse our Steven Khalil gown through the streets of New York, either.

Rebecca Harding And Anyd Lee’s Wedding Venue: Location And Reception

The location of the ceremony hasn’t been disclosed, but the reception was held at Lee’s Old Mates pub in the city’s Financial District, or FiDi, as it’s often referred to. The pub embodies a classic Aussie watering hole (often referred to as America’s real Australian embassy), right down to the burgundy carpet, mouldings on the ceilings and long timber bar. We imagine that with a few floral arrangements and some elaborate table settings, it would be a romantic and moody reception venue, even if it is a pub.
