Robert “Bobby” Eugene Clark

Robert “Bobby” Eugene Clark, 72, of Owensboro, KY passed away on Sunday October 11, 2026, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born September 1, 1954, in Daviess County, to the late Eugene and Estella Hurm Clark. Bobby graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School and went on to earn his associate’s degree from Brescia University, was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, and spent his working career as a well-known farmer in the Daviess County community. He enjoyed the hardworking life of a farmer, never shying away from hard work, and enjoyed his time on a tractor, even collecting all types, large and small. Along with being a hard worker, Bobby also had a very generous heart, quietly giving to many organizations here in Owensboro.

Robert is survived by his cousins, David (Shannon) Clark, Donna (Mark) Crabtree, Father Ray Clark, Patty Schlesinger, Cathy Bowlds, Peggy Nuckols, and several other cousins and family members.

A funeral service for Bobby will be held at 2 pm Thursday October 15, 2026, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 11 am until 1:30 pm at the funeral home.
